
Allan P. Haber has devoted his entire legal career to the practice of criminal law. He
now works exclusively on federal criminal cases, which range from death-eligible violent
crimes to complex frauds. Before Mr. Haber received his juris doctorate from New York
University School of Law he was a Charles H. Revson Fellow at Colombia University. Mr.
Haber was a supervising attorney at the Legal Aid Society of New York in the Bronx during
the Bonfire of the Vanities era before entering private practice in 1993.

Georges G. Lederman is an experienced criminal and civil litigator with impeccable
credentials. Mr. Lederman completed his undergraduate work with honors at Brown University.
He received his law degree from Georgetown University, where he was lead articles
editor of The Tax Lawyer. He began his career at the New York City law firm Kelly Drye and
Warren, where he focused on securities litigation. In 1987, he joined the Manhattan District
Attorney’s Office as an assistant district attorney. There Mr. Lederman tried over 30
felony jury trials to verdict.

Bryan Ha has been an associate of the firm for the past six years. He engages in civil and criminal litigation in the state and federal courts of New York. Mr. Ha graduated from Tulane University School of Law, where he served on the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law. He clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit before beginning his practice in New York City.
